Hello Joseph,
You can use an Eye-One Pro with BabelColor CT&A.
It will give you all you are looking for, and more, in 10 nm intervals, for
a price around 1.5 K$ (more or less depending on package for the Eye-One).
Regards,
Danny Pascale

Subject: Measuring instrument.
Dear members:
I am in need of a measuring instrument capable to measuring the following
from a light source:
1. CCT (color correlated temperature) in Kelvin
2. CRI (color rendering index)
3. SPD (spectral power distribution) - sample the light in 5 to 10 nm
intervals and provide the data as both a table with values an a chart
4. Lighting power (lumens or other unit)
Minolta has sold its camera division but continues to manufacture
measuring
instruments. It sells a spectrophotometer that can do some of the
measurements above but the $ 25,000 price tag is prohibitive.
Do any of you know of a device that could make the measurements above and
for a cost that will not break the bank ?
Thank you in advance,
Joseph Chamberlain
