If their prepress dept. doesn't have one, what about measuring the
substrate and editing the white point of the SNAP profile to match?

Does anyone know where to find a CMYK profile for The Financial
Times? I'm assuming that because of the strong pink color of the
paper, the normal SNAP profile will not be correct.
