Hi,

The mentioned Sony cannot be compared to the HP. As a class II video control
display, the Sony comes with professional 2x single link HD-SDI inputs that
allows 12-Bit 4:4:4 XYZ 2048x1080/24PsF resolution (although 3gb/s HD-SDI is
the most recent derivative of SDI - but the sony is simply too old for that
interface). The HP neither has any kind of professional video interface nor
supports the sophisticated video engines, a highest end grading display like
the sony BVML230 offers.

On the other hand, the HP is a remarkable unit based on LG´s LM240WU5 panel
(the panel was developed for the the LED backlight that is integrated by LG
- thus it´s not a LED upgraded panel).

Best regards

Raimar
