BINGO. You were absolutely right. I just recropped the image to INCLUDE the
neutral gray stepwedge ramp, and it worked flawlessly.

So I don't feel quite so stupid now knowing it wasn't something obvious that
I was doing wrong. And now XRite just needs to be made aware of this flaw or
bug.


Guys

When I read the subject line I so expect it to reflect the topic being discussed! Please can we discuss this interesting monitor rather than other issues?
