X-Rite is currently not providing the ColorMunki communication protocols to third party developers. If it did I could have it supported in just a few days. The latest version of SpectraShop 3, (in development) already calculates Status A, E, I, M, T, V, ISO1 and ISO2 density values for the i1 Pro, Spectrolino, PR-655, PR-670 and ColorEye XTH.

Mark,

Alas! No such luck with the current Design software. Maybe third parties
(Argyll, BabelColor?). Until enough people lobby PANTONE to include such a
feature, it is not to be found in the base shipping Munki package. At the
risk of sounding biased, I think PANTONE is willing to listen ;-)

Roger

Andrew or others,

Can the Color Munki also be used as a straight densitometer to measure
log densities? Does it have software that lets it be used that way?

Best Wishes,

Mark Nelson
