IMHO a Customer's intention when he asks for "Euro[scale] 100M/100Y" should be read as: "Make it as read as you can in Offset printing".

But BE WARNED: applying this rule also to RGB and using RGB 255/0/0 regardless of the RGB color space CAN BE HAZARDOUS TO HEALTH (e.g. on a Wide gamut display ;-)
