DDC broken in 10.5.6?

Is anybody successfully running DDC monitor calibrating software with 10.5.6. Lacie Blue Eye Pro V4 will not run at all and Color Eyes Pro says DDC initialization failed. None of this happened with 10.5.5. This is with the Lacie 321.

At this point I am not about to update the MacPro with the Lacie 526 Monitor.
