Unfortunately you have to buy the new Office 2008 suite for Mac which downgrades several aspects of Office 2004. I had no intention of upgrading to what is being called by many a downgrade.
I have ColorMunki Photo. It's real easy to export a color palette as comma seperated values (csv). You can import the csv in any spreadsheet or word processor, including Apple's free TextEditor and NeoOffice. No need for any expensive upgrade.
