There is the NEC The MultiSync P Series. More info here  (sorry for the long

It's a 22" S-PVA monitor with a) 96% AdobeRGB, b) internal 10-bit LUTs, c)
wide viewing angle, and it is said to retail for less than $400.

I haven't seen this baby in person but its features are attractive.
