Hi Jim

What kind of booths do you have? FWIW, we have both desktop and the larger stand-up booths from GTI and the general impression here that the desktop booths are slightly warmer/pinker, possibly because they are dimmable and we usually have them at about 50% to match the monitors. I know the dimming isn't supposed to change the color temp, but when you start staring at neutrals a small color shift goes a long way.

Also, within any tolerance there is always a slight variation, so your booths could both be in compliance with ISO 3664 and still have a slightly different "feel". Our 2 stand-up booths were evaluated in March and found to be within the ISO 3664 tolerances but they still look a tiny bit different and we've had to designate one as the "final master" to avoid too much frustration.

I just got a new Eizo monitor. The monitor agrees pretty good with an
Approval proof setting in the desk top view booth beside it. However when we
take the Approval proof to our master view booth, where all color is
evaluated, it seems to have a slight green cast in the neutrals. I've
checked both viewing units with Ugra and Rhem Light indicators and they
check out okay. What might be going on or is it a color memory issue?
Which brings me to my next question. Is there a way to take a light reading
of the light in a booth and then apply it to a profile so I can get a better
match between our master view booth and the monitor?
