Besides argyllcms (as Roger mentioned a great collection of CM command line applications and tools, but no GUI) there's only Lprof AFAIK: <http://lprof.sourceforge.net/>. It's not just mature yet and there are no mac binaries at the moment. You have to check out the latest version from CVS and compile it by yourself.

An economical alternative might be one of the numerous profiling service
providers or the online profiling service <http://www.colorxact.net>.
