No, because perceptual intent cannot map all colors into gamut without
extreme (ugly) compression. Perceptual intent will map some reference gamut
into the target device gamut -- but there will still be colors outside the
reference gamut that don't get mapped distinctly into the target device
gamut (aka: get clipped).
After a transformation is done, all the resulting values are in gamut, by
definition -- but gamut warning shows you where those values would be
clipped.
Some people on the list still seem to be confused about what Photoshop's
gamut warning really means. Let me try to simplify the explanation again:
it means that the color will be out of gamut when converted, and thus will
get clipped. It does not mean "colors that will be shifted or compressed" -
because that applies to ALL colors in one way or another. It does not mean
"colors that move by X dE", because that can still apply to all colors
depending on the intent.
