I'd love to get a reference to this decision. One other thing puzzles me: if dE varies by method and dE2000 is only suitable for dE < 5 then at what point does one move from one method to another?
I'd also love to be able to point to a reference that extinguishes the notion that dE2000 is only applicable to reflective media.
