Eizo states it seems to be an Apple issue (seems to be a popular
answer for most issues), and Apple hasn't encountered this problem,
and I am waiting to hear back from them.
Has anyone else experienced this, even if it's with a CG210 or 211?

Dear Groana,
This could be an OS-related bug. Have you contacte Eizo's tech
support about
this?
This is highly annoying since it means every time we start up we have
to open the Color Navigator software to ensure the correct profile is
being used and that the monitor returns to EMU mode. It's also
dangerous because if someone forgets to put the monitor on the
correct mode, or simply does not know to do so they will be working
with the wrong color.
How can I ensure our monitors start-up on emulation mode and not
calibration mode on our non-intel macs?
Thanks in advance.
