I may be expressing a feeling that not many others have, but I find it more
than a bit dispiriting that the quality control on Apple's monitors has gone
so far downhill since they introduced the current line a few years back. The
previous generation of monitors seemed to be built according to far better
manufacturing and quality standards, whereas the ones currently on offer are
very often problematic, when not even outright junky and near-worthless.
But that's just my opinion, intended as criticism of one product, not as an
attack on Apple and its other remarkable achievements.
