I've had a pretty quick response, Lorenzo.
Here's the scoop:
Turnaround time is approximately 5-7 business days. The costs for
recertification are $180 plus shipping. The flat rate repair and
recertification costs are $305 plus shipping.
If you contact their Customer Service department at 888-826-3044, and
choose Option 2 for customer service, they can take your payment
information and issue the appropriate document to bring your device
back. Or you can do the same via web with a PDF form and a CC number.
