Hello Neil,

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by this. Under MSWindows it appears as
a normal 24 bit/pixel frame buffer, but the VideoLUT entries
have 10 bits of significance out of the 16 possible. It turned out to
be rather revealing which color instruments can reliably detect 10bits,
and which struggle.
