Hi Peter
The most obvious concern with this set-up is how you are going to
maintain brightness as the fluorescent tubse in the monitors loses
brightness over time?
Our apple 24 inch monitors, at their lowest brightness setting are
measuring 220 cdm2 on average
What setting do you intend to have the monitor luminosity at for
this set-up? It sounds like you are going to turn the brightness
all the way up. If this is a case, the tube will age faster and
probably within a year it won't be able to hit the same max
luminosity. Then you won't be able to hit 120-140 cdm2 anymore,
unless you remove your filter.
with a 0ne stop ND fileter I can get a 120 cdm with only a slight
nudge up from 'zero' on the brightness slider
