I believe its double-byte fonts in the Profile Description that is causing
this problem (and also causing it not to show in Photoshop's Proof Setup list).
Other ColorMunki printer profiles that I've seen do not have this particular
issue. Perhaps the software was set to build an ICC v4 profile? Or perhaps its
the platform of origin?
