Anybody succeeded in getting UpLab behave in CS4? I mean getting
proper colour transform, not just replacing "spac" profile type /
class tag with "abst".

Unfortunedly not. I found the provided profile had too many visible stepping. A CGATS data version would help in creating a new profile.
