Apologies for being so pedantic but...

... the Ifra profiles are based on ISO 12647 (the 'I' in 'ISO' stand for 'international'), and happen to be used worldwide (possibly with the exception of the US). There is nothing in those profiles (or the underlying characterization data) that is specific to Europe. And BTW - the USA are an active member in ISO.
