Edmund,
Yes, when I first got the DreamColor, I had it hooked up to a EVGA GeForce
8800-GTX. That card is good, but this new card is noticeably faster. The
former had 768Mb memory, and the new card has 1Gb. On complex multi-layered
images in Photoshop it is noticeably quicker both opening the images and
redrawing or refreshing. The new card's fan is also quieter. As for color
fidelity and appearance, I don't know how much of it is psychological, but
it certainly seems to have just a touch more "sizzle". But again, our minds
do funny things sometimes to convince us that our money is well spent.

It's also going to drive up your power bills, it's rated for almost 100W.
Do you see any difference with the Dreamcolor compared to another card ?
