Matt,
Try this:
1) In the Mac OS X environment, go to [root] > Library > Scripts >
ColorSync;
2) Find the AppleScript called "Extract profile";
3) Click (once) on the image file containing the embedded profile that you
wish to extract, and drag it on top of the "Extract profile" script;
4) A window comes up, asking: "Extract profiles from images and save to
disk?". Click "OK";
5) Choose the location where to save the profile, then click "Save".
That should do it.
