I believe now that I was also confused by what was being described. :-) What I now think was meant by "a single ICC profile cannot account for multiple lighting conditions" is that you cannot make an ICC profile under one illuminant and then use that same profile under a different illuminant. Uli's testing did test multiple illuminants, but a new profile was created for each one, so this is still different from what others were trying to tell him. (I'm surprised no one called me on this point yet!) Can someone please confirm if this is now the correct interpretation?
