What filtration was used with both instruments?

Hi Paul,
I have an Eye-One Pro and an Eye-One Isis. These instruments have
different
light sources and I got 4 delta-e difference between the 100% Cyan
and 100%
Magenta patches in an Epson 4880 emulating FOGRA39 reference data.
Looking at the spectral curves, you'll see the difference is
concentrated in
wavelengths below 420nm
(http://www.colorpixel.com.br/tmp/eye_one_versus_isis.jpg). My
conclusion:
the different light sources in the instruments are interacting with
the
optical brighteners in the paper (or in the inks) and are causing this
measurement difference.
Do you know if the test from VIGC was made in a substrate/inks with
OB?
Best regards,
Lorenzo
