Thanks Roger.

The 2190 UXi is kind like that. Decent but has an irritating slight shift with viewing angle. The Eizo CG222W uses the same screen but has better specs (bit depth). It;s quite a bit more expensive though.

I recently evaluated a NEC P221w and found it very good, colorwise.
Surprising gamut. Surprising accuracy. The only problem, for my taste, was
the poor viewing angle. Something with the type of polarizing filters used
in that monitor just bugged me everytime I moved my head about while staring
at the screen. Otherwise, I think it is an excellent value.

Roger

Is any one using one of these? NEC MultiSync P221W

I'm looking for a decent "modest" priced screen.

Thanks,

David
