No. You've lost information, so you can't get it back.

You can go the other way though, for instance by using ArgyllCMS FWA (Fluorescent
Whitener Additive) correction with a D50 spectrum without UV seems to nicely
simulate a UV cut filter. For this reason I'd advise against buying UV filtered
spectro's.
