Both came bundled with the monitor that I had for a test for a magazine. It was a demo sample, so I guess that it's hard to get SpectraView II here in Europe.

As i tried both software packages, I must say that I agree with Karl. At least when I tried it with the large gamut monitor Nec SpectraView Reference the results I've got with the European program was an improvement compared to the American program that I tested first. Especially the grey balance was improved.
