You can. Your RGB output profile, if properly made, will allow you to do
that.

Any time you change the monitor's settings after you calibrated it with the
profiling software you are invalidating the profile, because you are
changing the state of your monitor of which the profile is a careful
description.
So, you should *never* alter brightness, contrast or color balance after you
have created and activated your monitor profile.

So, you have a print from the printers, but you don't have a profile, and
you are trying to guess by eye a way to match the print on your screen?
This is *not* how it's done. I would suggest that you study a book like
"Real World Color Management" before you attempt to use color-managed
workflows. The way you are doing it now is incorrect, and will keep
frustrating you.
