For a politically incorrect interpretation:
In the US it seems necessary to turn politicians of african ancestry
into Mayflower descendants whenever they are photographed, while
people of mainly scandinavian descent ancestry seem to get a heavy
tanning session by the fact of get lensed. In China skin whitening the
skin of people who describe themselves as Han Chinese seems all the
rage. Clearly, a color-blind camera is not going to be very good at
photographing flowers.
Edmund
Edmund, this is fascinating. Would you elaborate?
Thanks,
Sean
