I'm sure that you mean to make a valid point here, but so far it
escapes me.
Properly done, RelCol + BPC *does* map source black to destination
black.
That's not just a "fine theory". I've done it and seen the results
first-hand countless times.
Would you please care to bring up a practical example, detailed and
repeatable, that illustrates your point in terms that we can all
understand?
Again, I have no great interest in points of theory made without
concrete
examples which back them up.
I am sure Graeme was referring to the perceptual rendering intent.
