I agree with Graeme Gill about the ColorMunki. For $45 more, the i1
Pro Basic package is available, so why spend so much for the ColorBug.
The technical details on the ColorBug are scarce, but from the price I
would assume it is a colorimeter and is only being marketed by Ocean
Optics since the data sheet mentions the manufacturer as SeaChanger.

So I guess it uses an Ocean Optics spectrometer and/or
is from an associated company.
The data sheet doesn't mention if it produces spectral values,
and I would guess it doesn't.
At US$950 for a ColorBUG, the ColorMunki is probably a cheaper,
more flexible instrument.
