If it's for teaching students about profiling, then the only way I could imagine it working is with a Group Policy Object.  I am impatient with Microsoft's needlessly complex and ineffective security scheme so I have no idea what it would look like, or, if it is probable one could be constructed.

You'll need the cooperation of someone with Admin rights and their boss to sign off on the change to get it done.
