The big question is: is it possible to "profile" a monitor in one mac, and then move it to another mac, copying the profile generated?

It is possible, but colors will be off.

Would it be accurate to do so?

Nope.

Or is this hardware calibrating tool not only "measuring" and creating a profile, but also "correcting" values instead, so there is no chance to use the monitor in another mac (and believe it is calibrated)?

A profile on a 8 bit monitor will adjust the LUT in the graphics card, so the profile will only be accurate if you use the same graphics card and monitor as was used when profiling.
