You're talking about EFI Color Manager. The quality of the profiles
is at least the equal of those made by Monaco and PM5. Its
integration into the RIP spares the user the slightly tricky
workaround required to link a profile to an epl (file that contains
ink limits, linearizations, resolution info, etc.) when using a third-
party profile. It's entirely wizard-driven. Another important factor
for some: It will make 7-color profiles for the halftone driver for
the HP Z31/3200. You would otherwise need Monaco Platinum or PM5
Publish Plus for this (though these are now being offered for $1995
by X-Rite).

Anyone have any experience they could share regarding the EFI Color
Management Module for ColorProof XF? Considering buying this module
for ColorProof running an EPSON 9600.
Good? Bad? Indifferent?
