For clarification, CS4 does use FOGRA39 as the default characterization/profile for Europe Color Settings files. Time to upgrade? :)
Also, default Color Settings files are currently set based on the geographic region (country/language codes) of the installed software. I'm surprised so many folks in the EU are getting the North America (SWOP v2) defaults.
