have you looked into ott lite (ottlite.com)? they sell cfl bulbs. not sure
if they carry anything below 15w. the lowest wattage i saw on their website
is 20w.
i have one of their desk lamps at home. i haven't done a proper reading but
they are supposedly full spectrum light.
