I’ve had absolutely zero, nada, no problems printing targets out of
CS4 under Snow Leopard on two machines. In fact, output from CS3, CS4
under Snow Leopard and 10.5 are identical. I’m not saying there are no
rare issues here but before you all run out with pitchforks after
Adobe/Epson/Apple, take a chill pill and see what common configuration
among you is causing this problem. Might want to try Mark’s suggestion
as well:

We’ve heard various printing issues for years, its always been a small
subset of users. WHY this is the case is of course a mystery. But
what’s clear to me is, its not the majority of users. Rather than
spend a lot of energy cursing at the various players, it would be
useful to gather the wagons and see what common component (3rd party
extensions, print drivers, etc) are producing these issues.
Lastly, for those who might be using the Epson Color Controls path,
Apple actually fixed a bug in Snow Leopard which of course is a good
thing for those using that no color managed path.
