I've made an sRGB ICC V2 profile available a
<http://www.argyllcms.com/sRGB.icm>
since www.srgb.com seems to have disappeared long
ago, and it's difficult to find the genuine article
now, built as the creators of sRGB intended
(ie. ICC V2 specifically says that display measurements
are to be flareless, therefore an idealized display device has
a black of 0).
Note that some other so called ICCV2 sRGB profiles
often don't work very well, because they have
a misleading black point, causing clipping in
the shadows (ie. the black point tag says the
black is L* 10, but the actual profile has
a black of 0).
I've also made available a profile with identical
behavior to the AdobeRGB1998, although I've
called it something else to avoid confusion
with the original:
<http://www.argyllcms.com/ClayRGB1998.icm>
I've put both of these in the public domain, so they
can be freely distributed.
Graeme Gill.
