Martin,
There are a few third-party monitor calibration software which can read and write to the internal LUT of a display, starting with ColorEyes Display Pro and basICColor Display. The problem is that all internal LUT's are not created equal. Some, like the LaCIEs, use a proprietary format. Others, like the Eizo's and the NEC's, obey standard ddc commands. I'm sure Graeme wouldn't mind directly supporting some of these -- but he has to have the monitor on his desk for testing. There is no getting around that.
I thought iMatch had level of support for some internal LUT models? I never knew to which extent.
