Because everyone seems to have questions, I'll pose a few of my own...
- have you been able to try a different calibrator? It's possible that the i1D is messed up and not giving good readings. Emissive measurements are poorly calibrated (IMHO) and you can have a very messed up instrument and the software is unaware...
- are you making matrix or 3D LUT profiles?
It's also possible that the instrument cannot read that display well without some sort of compensation. Mr Tobie suggested that DataColor has released a correction for their instrument. The i1D may need one as well. If you can borrow an i1 Pro spectro to perform a calculation then you may be able to find out more about the source of the problem
