I am a photographer working on a catalog which, while usually printed and mailed, is this year going to be "published" via PDF and email. Normally I give the designer tif files which are created in RGB Adobe 98 and then converted to CMYK using the printers settings/ profile. For web work I always use sRGB jpg files. The designer said that the Adobe 98 tif files are fine and that when the PDF files are created they will be converted to the proper web viewing space. Is this correct or should I convert the tifs to sRGB? Obviously this is not a big deal but I am curious.
