I second Terry's statement. I use Alwan CMYK optimizer everyday to process customer supplied pdf files. We receive files that were built with 400% TAC and Alwan CMYK optimizer takes it down to whatever you want. 320% in my case. It has many more features that pay for them selves in a short time.
