As different labs have different requirements for file submission, you
should have this conversation with them. Lots of labs recommend and/or
even require that you send sRGB files. Others accept files in any RGB
colorspace, but not CMYK or greyscale color spaces. Some send your images
to their printers without a color space conversion (bad) while others have
custom profiles for all their printer/paper combinations (good!).

Ask them what color space they recommend you submit your files in. Ask
them if they are color managed and use custom icc profile for all of their
printing processes. If you are inclined, ask them what brand of paper they
use as some are better than others and come at different price points.
