There are a number of things that are "a bit off" after updating to
10.6.3. (Bluetooth was borked. Sleeping is now worse than it was before)
But as to the display profile, all I had to do was re-select my custom
profile, as 10.6.3 reverted me to the default Apple profile. My
BasICColor profiles were still there and they worked just fine.
