I'm a native Italian speaker. I've seen how Google translates Italian.
"Horrendous" is what comes to mind to describe it.

It will, but not in the overly optimistic compressed time frame we've been
hearing of recently.
And even that will be far from being a TOTAL solution.

And that lack of automatism in pro cameras may well be a GOOD thing... :-)
How many professionals would leave it up to an automatic procedure to adjust
the color and tonal qualities of their images?
