Just to be clear.....
* There's no such thing (yet) as G7-certified. G7 *qualified* yes, but not certified.
* While there could be any number of "G7" print conditions, there is only one "GRACoL" print condition at this point (GRACoL Coated1). A G7 print condition only needs to follow the specifications for NPDC, that is, a specific neutral behavior and tonal density curve. Ink colorimetry really only comes into play when you start talking about a specific color space such as GRACoL Coated1, SWOP Coated3/5, etc.
I know how you prefer precise terminology Marco so I thought I'd just point this out. (If I had a nickel for every time I heard the term "G7-certified......!). At this point, the only thing with the title "G7 Certified" are G7 Certified Experts and Professionals.
