IF you can control reflections, the glossy screen will, in general,

Hi Steve.
I have no idea about gamut.
However I personally cannot use the glossy screen. Way toooo much
reflections. And I am in a dimly lit studio environment.
A year and a half ago, I paid or payed, whatever, the premium to
get the 17in MacBook Pro with what they call the antiglare
widescreen.
Really weird to me since dull, or none glossy screen used to be the
norm. Must be a marketing scheme by Apple. Just my opinion.
I would like to read more opinions on the marketing, though not the
purpose of the listserve.
I profiled two of my clients that each have glossy displays, No
comment on that.

I am in the market for a new macbook pro and was wondering which
display has a bigger gamut and profiles more accurate for
photography work.
Glossy Widescreen Display
Hi-Res Glossy Widescreen Display
Hi-Res Antiglare Widescreen Display
