The recent print utility Adobe released helps when it comes to turning off color management in the print process, but the problem I'm running into is a different one.

I have an Epson 2200 and am using Photoshop CS5. When I print from CS5 there doesn't seem to be a way to get to the printer settings in the printer driver (Epson's) so I can choose the right paper and turn off color management there. Printing from CS4 brings up the dialogue box fine, but CS5 does not.

Any ideas how I can get around this without having to do all my printing from CS4?
