No one has mentioned i1 Share. This is free and gives spot L*a*b*
readings and CMYK equivalents for any given CMYK color space. All you
need is an EyeOne.

A very dirty way to do it is to use i1 Match and selecting the
smallest printer target make multiple readings, save the datal, then
the software throws a cog over making the profile.
Might be spectral data though (can't remember)
